We’re proudly based in London, UK - but our community is global.
Do you ship to my country?
Most likely, yes! We ship worldwide from our warehouses in the UK and US. You can check available destinations at checkout - if your country doesn’t show up, drop us a message and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on where you’re based and the weight of your order. You’ll see the exact rate at checkout before you confirm your order!
Will I have to pay duties, taxes, or customs fees?
Nope - all our international orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means duties and taxes are included in the shipping fee at checkout. No surprise fees, no post-office drama - just smooth delivery straight to your door.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary by country & by your delivery selection at checkout. UK orders usually arrive in 2 - 5 business days, and international orders in 5 - 10 business days. You’ll get a tracking link once your order’s shipped!
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes - select countries have express options at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. As soon as your order’s on its way, we’ll send you a tracking link straight to your inbox.
Do you accept returns?
Because our drops are limited edition, all sales are final. We don’t offer returns, exchanges, or order changes once your purchase has been placed and processed. In the rare case that your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@plus44.world with your order number and photos, and our team will sort it out for you.

How do I exchange an item?
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges - the easiest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you want.

How can I sign up to your newsletter?

Do you have physical stores?
We're online-only for now, but we do host pop-ups and events from time to time. Follow us on Instagram @plus44world to catch the next one.
What size should I order?
Each product page has a size guide to help you find your perfect fit. Our latest collection, RODEO '25 has a looser street-style fit, so we recommend sizing down for this one if you're between sizes!
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
We move fast to get your order to you - once an order is confirmed, we can’t guarantee changes. If you’ve made a mistake, email us immediately at support@plus44.world, and we’ll do our best to help before your order ships.
My tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received my package. What should I do?
Sometimes carriers mark parcels as delivered before they actually arrive. Check with neighbours or your local post office first. If it still hasn’t turned up after 2 business days, reach out to us - we’ll help track it down.
Do you restock sold-out items?
We make limited drops a couple times a year, so once they're gone, they're gone! If you see something you love, grab it fast...
