Who is PLUS44?

Founded by seven-time Formula 1 World Champion Lewis Hamilton, +44 is a lifestyle brand inspired by culture, creativity and community. Born from Hamilton’s longstanding interest in fashion, music and art, +44 reflects a commitment to creativity, diversity and self-expression.

A percentage of proceeds from +44 collections is donated to Mission 44, Hamilton’s foundation focused on building a more inclusive education system and supporting young people into STEM careers.

Where are you based?

We’re proudly based in London, UK - but our community is global.

Do you ship to my country?

Most likely, yes. We ship worldwide from our warehouses in the UK, US and EU. You can check available destinations at checkout - if your country doesn’t show up, drop us a message and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on where you’re based and the weight of your order. You’ll see the exact rate at checkout before you confirm your order.

Will I have to pay duties, taxes, or customs fees?

Nope - all our international orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means duties and taxes (including customs fees) are included in the shipping fee at checkout. No surprise fees, no post-office drama - just smooth delivery straight to your door.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times vary by country & by your delivery selection at checkout. US orders typically arrive in 2–5 working days, and international orders in 4–10 working days. You’ll get a tracking link once your order’s shipped.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. As soon as your order’s on its way, we’ll email you a tracking link straight to your inbox.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns for refund, store credit, or exchange within 14 days of delivery. All returns are processed through our portal here.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please email support@plus44.world with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.

How do I exchange an item?

Exchanges can be processed directly through our returns portal.

I made a mistake on my order - can I change it?

Made a mistake? You’ve got 30 minutes to edit your order before it ships - update your address, change your size, or sneak in that extra piece you can’t stop thinking about.

After 30 minutes, your order is already being packed, so we won’t be able to make changes. You can edit your order via the link in your confirmation email, or directly from the 'Orders' page in your account.

How can I sign up to your newsletter?

Scroll to the bottom of our homepage and drop your email in. You’ll get early access to drops, pop-up events, and exclusive deals - basically, the good stuff.

Do you have physical stores?

We're online-only for now, but we do host pop-ups and events from time to time. Follow us on Instagram @plus44world to catch the next one.

What size should I order?

Each product page has a size guide to help you find your perfect fit. Reach out to our customer service team via email at support@plus44.world if you need specific sizing advice.

My tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received my package. What should I do?

Sometimes carriers mark parcels as delivered before they actually arrive. Check with neighbours or your local post office first. If it still hasn’t turned up after 2 working days, reach out to us - we’ll help track it down.

If there is an issue with your order delivery or your order hasn't arrived, you must let us know within 14 days of shipment date.

Do you restock sold-out items?

We make limited drops a couple times a year, so once they're gone, they're gone. If you see something you love, grab it fast.

How do I stay up to date with new drops?

Are your products unisex?

Yes! Most of our pieces are designed to be worn by anyone and everyone. Fit and size may vary slightly by item, so always check the product page for details.
